Unfortunately, I am going to have to delay Revenge of the Sith – Revised until May. I started a new project a few months ago that I really wanted to have done by Christmas. I thought I could get both these projects done by Christmas, but due to some personal matters, I am only able to deliver one of them. I chose to finish work on the Christmas project first because I want it to be released during the season. Rest assured though, Revenge of the Sith – Revised will get done. I’ve been working on it for several years, and it’s very close to being done. I just can’t dedicate much time to it right now. However, if you want a sneak peak of what it’ll be like, you should check out A Desperate Rescue. This is an episode of A Game of Clones which will give you a preview of Revenge of the Sith – Revised. However, some things will be slightly different. For example, Revenge of the Sith – Revised will not include the Grievous Slaughters a Jedi scene. I included it in A Game of Clones to better tie it in to the 2D Clone Wars episodes. Also, please join me on Christmas Eve for the premier of Batman – Arkham Origins – Reworked.

Revenge of the Sith was always my favorite prequel. However, I think the problems that it does have are so fundamental to the film that it’s actually very difficult to improve through editing. Anakin’s turn just isn’t convincing. Most people say it happens too quickly. The deleted scenes hardly do anything to remedy this. It’s nice to see the Senators trying to stop Palpatine, but this does little for Anakin’s arc. Since there’s no real way to slow down Anakin’s turn to the dark side, I choose to lean into the sudden turn. I did this by [REDACTED]. This makes Anakin’s actions more understandable, and it gives the title of the film new meaning.
