Porkula Q4 2025 Earnings Report

Introduction

This document includes forward looking statements. These statements are not guarantees of future performance, and actual results could differ materially as a result of many factors.

I finished 2025 with a massive under performance by nearly every metric. Views are down by almost 94%, and subscriptions only increased by a mere 53. Year over year loss in watch time is over 97%. However, CTR (Click Through Rate) beat estimates by over 113%, but this is likely due to lower exposure. My Lego Star Wars II PSP world record was also defeated by over 7 minutes. The YouTube channel saw 14 videos this year so far as well as 3 livestreams. This is down over 61% from last year’s 37 videos, although last year had no livestreams. Despite these dire metrics, I will continue to deliver high quality videos, and I have used this time to heavily invest in backend infrastructure, future videos, and future products. I think this report, will excite subscription holders about the future of Porkula despite the underperforming metrics.

Backend Infrastructure

We will start with backend infrastructure. This year saw the launch of Porkula.net to mild success. One of the biggest features of the website is the email auto reply system for distributing my edits. This frees up a lot of my time from having to answer messages from people requesting access to my edits, and it provides everybody with an instantaneous response. The Backstroke of the West HD Remaster is a standout top performer with over 2000 requests as of December 10th, 2025. Just remember, you must own a copy of the source material used to create the edit. When you request an edit, you are certifying to me that you own official copies of the source materials. More recently, the Porkula shop was launched. I never want to paywall content to my subscription holders. So, this a way to increase revenue while continuing to keep all content free for everybody. I am pleased to announce the release of the Porkula t-shirts. These shirts are made in America at a local print shop, and they actually gave me a discount. So, I am going to be passing those savings onto the subscription holders. They are very soft, high quality, comfortable shirts, and there will be a limited time Christmas sale for both the t-shirts and the NASA Inspired Casio Kit. Although no sales have been made yet, I am excited about the future of the Porkula Shop, but more on that later. This year also saw the launch of Livestreams. These livestreams met my expectations, but due to market conditions, I was only able to produce 3 this year. Investment in this sector will resume in 2026 unless market conditions worsen.

Speedruns

This year saw the loss of my Lego Star Wars II PSP Any% world record. The Infinite Rift outperformed me by well over 6 minutes, and then improved by another 31 seconds. Although this may seem like an insurmountable task, I believe I can beat this record. I have trained behind the scenes, and even beaten this record according to the IGT (in game timer) in the cantina. I am aware that this is not fully accurate timer, but I use it when I am casually practicing. The Infinite Rift also forgot to buy infinite torpedoes during his current world record. This was a huge mistake that I have never made in my entire life. So, getting the world record back is a task that is well within my capabilities. I am projecting a world record for Porkula for Lego Star Wars II PSP Any% by end of Q4 2026.

Edits

This year has seen no feature length edits as of December 10th, 2025. I did however release The Cloned Jedi (a bonus episode of A Game of Clones). Most of my resources were allocated to restorations and remasters. This was due to the unfortunate takedown of the YouTube version of Backstroke of the West in 2024. I worked closely with Timothy Morgan (the director of Backstroke of the West) to improve the HD Remaster even further, and add proper credits. This is probably my biggest accomplishment this year, and one of my most important projects thus far. So, I am glad that it’s one of the few projects that outperformed estimates. I still have Revenge of the Sith – Revised set to release this month along with another secret project that will be released on the YouTube channel. To give you a hint, it will be another video game to movie edit.

Gadgets

This year saw an increase in focus on gadgets and show and tells. This is something I was wanting to get back into after a lack of videos on these projects during 2022 and 2023. These videos have not been top performers since the days of the web shooter project, but I really enjoy making them, and I think they are generally more slow burn type of videos. So we will see how they do going into 2026. In terms of new gadgets, I have many more on the horizon including a 007 EDC Kit (which will be added to the shop) and some real life Arkham Origins Shock Gloves which I am projecting to have finished by Q4 2026.

Conclusion

In conclusion, although it’s been a rough year, the future of Porkula is very bright. Regardless of the metrics, I will continue to deliver high quality projects that I am passionate about.
